Basement Jaxx, the UK’s premiere dance duo, bring their DJ stylings to some prime spots around North America starting at the end of October. After recent tours in South America and Australia, the pair is currently hitting the European Festival Circuit, with dates in Japan and South Korea on the horizon. For these particular North American dates, the duo are getting back to the basics – their DJ decks – and promise to spin these crowds into an outright frenzy. Their vaunted DJ sets are known best for their devil-may-care kitchen sink approach, and routinely pitch such varying artists as Mr Oizo and Whitney Houston against Nas, Eminem, Prince and Fingers Inc, whilst incorporating their extensive catalogue of Basement Jaxx hits, including ‘Red Alert’, ‘Romeo’, and ‘Where’s Your Head At’.
This tour marks the Jaxx’ first foray into North America since October 2006.
