Miss Tila, Tila Tequila, to release “Welcome to the Darkside”

Miss Tila (formerly known as Tila Tequila), the internet superstar who took reality television by storm, is very excited to announce the MAY 11th release of her debut EP, “Welcome to the Darkside”, distributed by her own record label, Tila Tequila Records, through Ingrooves. The first single, “I LOVE MY DJ” is available on April 13th and both are being distributed by In Grooves. A cross between classic hip-hop, rap, and an energetic club banger, the EP is bound to make listeners rock out to the catchy lyrics and rhythms.

Tila has also lent her voice and will make a cameo appearance on the popular FOX TV series THE CLEVELAND SHOW this Sunday, March 28th (check local listings).

Born in Singapore to French-Vietnamese parents, Tila grew up in Houston and eventually moved to California where she quickly began a career in modeling. Seen in various publications including Playboy, Tila quickly gained a mainstream audience via her MySpace page, where she currently has over 3.8 million friends. Capitalizing on her growing popularity, television appearances slowly started rolling in as well as cameos in feature films such as I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry featuring Adam Sandler and Kevin James. Her MTV reality hit, A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila, debuted at number one and quickly made her a household name.
