CORPORATE LINE: Fox Home Entertainment is set to release four romantically-themed episodes from FOX’s hit series THE SIMPSONS, arriving just in time for Valentine’s Day in a special DVD collection, “THE SIMPSONS KISS & TELL.” Coming to stores February 7th, 2006, “THE SIMPSONS KISS & TELL” features four classic episodes never-before-seen on DVD, including “Natural Born Kissers,” “Large Marge,” “Three Gays of the Condo” and “The Way We Weren’t.”

THE EPISODES:
“Natural Born Kissers” – Homer and Marge discover their waning love life can be spiced up with public make-out sessions. This backfires when they are forced to flee naked across town.

“Large Marge” – Marge goes to a plastic surgeon for liposuction and inadvertently gets her breasts enhanced. Meanwhile, a stunt Bart imitates after seeing it on TV gets Krusty the Clown in trouble.

“Three Gays Of The Condo” – Homer discovers that Marge intended to break up with him before they were married. He moves out and winds up sharing a flat with two gay roommates—one of whom takes a shine to Homer.

“The Way We Weren’t” – In this flashback episode we discover that Homer and Marge met as youths. When young Homer doesn’t arrive in time for a date, young Marge thinks he dumped her—and never forgives him.

THE EXTRAS: The DVD also includes a Multi-Angle Animation Showcase, which illustrates picture-in-picture comparisons between the storyboard animation, animatics and final episodes.

FRANKLY: Of the four episodes only one episode sticks out: “Natural Born Kissers.” The rest of the included episode are all forgettable. The DVD comes off as hastily put together from the weak extras to the weak episodes. Skip this release!
