Framing Hanley’s “Lollipop” continues its assault on these United States of America. Yes, it’s that rock cover of Lil’ Wayne’s hit song that you can’t help but sing along to. It has the ability to get stuck in your head for days on end. “Lollipop” has opened the door for people to discover Framing Hanley’s brand of alternative/hard rock and these Nashville kids are reaping the benefit of the exposure.
Framing Hanley’s debut album, The Moment, jumped 20 spots on the Billboard Top 200 this week to #173. The Moment is #5 on Billboard’s New Artists chart and has been on the chart for 18 weeks now. “Lollipop” continues to sell between 18-25,000 singles a week on iTunes and has been a mainstay on the iTunes Top 100 singles chart for the last 4 months and running. After 20 weeks on the chart, “Lollipop” has cracked the Top 20 on the BDS Alternative Radio chart and has been added at over 135 radio stations across the country at four different formats: Mainstream, Alternative, Active and Top 40.
The video for “Lollipop” is currently #1 on Fuse’s “No. 1 Countdown”, as voted by the fans. Their The Hills goes Rock ‘N’ Roll video has become a viral sensation on the net, with almost 4 Million views on YouTube, and holding strong as one of iTunes’ Top selling music videos.
The band recently wrapped up dates with Hinder and Theory of a Deadman and are currently on the road headlining. They’ll be playing dates with Hollywood Undead next month. All dates are below.
